The Junior League of Los Angeles has been chosen as an official charity partner of the 2013 ASICS LA Marathon®!  Start at Dodger Stadium, traverse 26.2 miles through the city's most dynamic neighborhoods cheered on by thousands of supporters, and cross the finish line at the beautiful Santa Monica Pier!

By running/walking with our team you will help raise significant funds to support JLLA's efforts to improve childhood education in Los Angeles through our five direct service projects, advocacy efforts and awareness programs.

Enhance your training for the Marathon, Half-Marathon or 5k with this 3 session program designed by avid runner and wellness expert Ruth Smith.  All training sessions will be conducted via phone/web simulcast so you can ask questions in real-time.  All sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend.

Session #1: Tuesday, January 8th - 6:30pm

How tuned in are you to your body? With each step you take, your body conveys what it needs to stay healthy during training and race day.  Listening to your body, finding a training method that is right for you and basic nutrition can keep you healthy and going the distance!
